AIT accompanies Honda Vietnam to organize a livestream event – New solution in the time of covid
In the context of complicated developments of the epidemic, live television, also known as livestream, is a growing trend in the event organization industry. AIT has researched and updated service providers of Livestream Events-Combining Videoconferences with a willingness to integrate and always looking for top solutions to meet all customer needs.

On March 26, 2021, AIT Group was honored to be trusted by Honda Vietnam to choose production activities, and at the same time held the final round of the Excellent Employee Contest 2021 under a completely new model – Auto Dealer Honda’s motobike.
The contest implements the correct distance
In order to ensure the safety of the match, as well as comply with the national covid prevention regulations, after many discussions, HVN and AIT have come to an agreement that they will hold an event as follows:
- The size of the contest decreased from nearly 400 people to only 50 participants and organizers. Divide the contest into 4 zones to reduce exposure for each area.
- The contest will be broadcast live on 4 fanpages at the same time and ensure image quality and stable transmission for audiences nationwide to watch.
- The award ceremony is conducted directly at 2 bridge points, strictly complying with the state’s distance regulations.
- The audience image will be pre-recorded and broadcast to increase the competitive spirit of the contestants.
