An entertainment & performance event for 5000 Microsoft Mobile Vietnam’s employees.

CHALLENGE

• Acquiring organization permits & renting event location. • Creating event identity program including key visual and stage & recreational area designs. • Transporting 5000 participants from Bac Ninh to Hanoi for the event. • Constructing recreational areas with the capacity of 5000 people. • Lunch catering for 5000 people. • Stage design & installation for the talent show. • Supplying equipment for the stage: LED screens, lighting & sound systems.

SOLUTION

• Acquiring all operational & performing permits and safety evaluation certificates for the event. • Partnering with reliable suppliers and emphasizing food safety & sanitation inspection in order to guarantee 5000 healthy lunches and a record of zero food safety incident during the festival. • Coming up with a script and detailed timeline, as well as careful mapping of all traffic routes & emergency exits to prevent overcrowding in recreational areas. • Devising various contingency plans for weather changes and unforeseen issues in the duration of the event. • Managing support staff and MCs for recreational areas & talent show stage.
