The contractor accompanying Honda Vietnam for all 15 consecutive years of contest organization in the country.

OVERVIEW

Organizing the “Into Children’s Minds” playground contest for Honda Vietnam (2010 – now).

CHALLENGE

• Handling all administrative formalities to gain permission for annual organization of the contest. • Creating CI programs for the contest, which alternates by the year. • Printing and releasing publications for contest participation guidelines to ~700 nationwide divisions of Education & Training. • Organizing all contest rounds: mobilizing & training faculty members, grading submitted ideas & paintings, organizing the final round & award ceremony.

SOLUTION

• Coordinating with the Ministry of Education & Training to acquire operation permits for contest organization on a national scale. • Connecting with professional delivery services to ensure publication release to ~700 nationwide E&T divisions is in compliance with Honda Vietnam’s required rate of progress. • Organizing training classes, namely renting training locations & equipment, coordinating with participating faculty members, a total of over 1000 people per year. • Staging & installation services, supplying equipment, directing the Final round of contest, presentations & award ceremony. • Manufacturing commemorative gifts for contestants & partnering schools, commemorative awards for winners of the contest.
