AIT has been contracted as a POSM package supplier for Honda Vietnam’s car showrooms from 2018 to this day.

OVERVIEW

The project involved full package POSM supply for Honda Vietnam’s car showrooms which included: standees, wall illustrations, oversized banners, car window decals.

CHALLENGE

The items AIT needed to provide were not too particular. However, the demand for this order came from its scale. Honda Vietnam requested that the contracted supplier handled the hand-over, installation and warranty for nearly 50 of their showrooms across the country. In addition, AIT was also required to take charge of the content renewal for all items in accordance with the brand’s marketing and media campaigns for approximately 3 – 4 times a year.

SOLUTION

• Having possession of 3 factories meant AIT had the ability to manufacture these products on our own terms and therefore could guarantee products of uniform quality for all showrooms nationwide. • AIT had enough personnel to simultaneously implement operations on nearly 50 showrooms nationwide, hence, guaranteeing the rate of progress for Honda Vietnam’s marketing and media campaigns across all showrooms.
