AIT was contracted for the interior & exterior construction work of BYD’s showroom network during the Chinese auto brand’s first entry into the Vietnamese market.

OVERVIEW

Over the period of 2 months, the AIT team had spread across all 3 regions of Vietnam for the execution of the campaign with the determination to finish on schedule. We can proudly confirm that this was our most invested campaign in the first half of 2024 with a total personnel count, from design engineers, supervisors to installation and inspection crews, across all BYD showrooms of almost 200 people.

CHALLENGE

BYD expected to simultaneously open 11 of their showrooms nationwide in the duration of 1 week, which required the contractor to have enough technological, financial and human resources in order to meet the urgent deadlines and BYD global quality standards.

SOLUTION

• AIT issued a new set of BYD showroom installation protocols aside all existing ones, resulting in an operation of the highest level of precision and ensuring progress. • A rapid training program was immediately implemented applying to all AIT employees, both in offices and factories, not excluding the leadership team. • After 2 months of expeditious construction work, AIT completed our stage 1 hand-over process for 11 BYD showrooms to the brand’s dealerships in Vietnam on the service item of exterior/interior equipment supply.
