AIT has been accompanying Honda Vietnam ever since the first days they implemented the HEAD (Honda Exclusive Authorized Dealer) model – Motorcycle distribution & service stores with exclusive authorization from Honda in Vietnam.

partnership with Honda Vietnam for the institution and development of HEAD from 2005 up till now. After the simultaneous construction of over 500 HEADs all over Vietnam, our collaboration with Honda regarding this project hit a pause. In the middle of 2024, we got invited back into the fray as a supplier of construction services for HEADs in accordance with the brand’s new corporate identity program.

CHALLENGE

Unlike other completely reconstructed showrooms, HEADs for this project were mostly recycled from previously built HEAD showrooms that carried Honda Vietnam’s old CI program. The challenges laid out in front of us were to find a way to maintain the built-in design and structure while giving the entire space, both interior and exterior, an identity “makeover”.

SOLUTION

• We decided to keep the old structure and architecture of the old showrooms and instead utilized high-class materials to manufacture new CI equipment and logo set, thus creating a modern and luxurious feel for the showrooms. • Creating a new CI program for interior & exterior landscapes consisting of: indoor/outdoor signage systems, wall illustrations system, shelves, accessory cabinets, decorations, instruction signage system, service area signage system
