• Transforming the workshop space at Piaggio Vietnam factory into a luxurious event hall worthy of the significance of the event itself. • Creating a CI program & related designs. • Scripting & directing the event. • Providing performing personnel.

SOLUTION

• AIT set up an auditorium inside Piaggio Vietnam factory with sufficient conference furniture, LED screens, starry background, turning the spacious auditorium into a luxurious conference hall. • Creating CI program & related marquettes. • Personnel casting. • Directing the event & staging the key moments.
