OVERVIEW

Traffic Safety Day event at elementary schools initiates Honda Vietnam’s nationwide Helmet gifting program for elementary students (2022 – now).

CHALLENGE

• Coordinating with elementary schools to gain permission for the program organization. • Creating a CI program consisting of key visual, stage, welcome gate & all activity area designs. • Operating all activity zones during the event. • Stage directing & equipment supply: LED screens, high-capacity sound system.

SOLUTION

• Collaborating with primary schools with appropriate premises & facility conditions to organize the program. • Creating a CI program consisting of key visual, stage, welcome gate & all activity area designs. • Surveying and properly allocating activity zones to prevent overlapping & overcrowding. • Stage directing & equipment supply: LED screens, high-capacity sound system. • Detailed event scripting and management of traffic flows & support staff for all activity zones in the duration of the program.
