A day of festivities for Honda Vietnam employees and their families.

OVERVIEW

An entertainment event of fun & games, user experience, performances and lucky draws for approximately 24,000 people.

CHALLENGE

• Designing an identity program for the event, consisting of key visual, welcome gate, exhibition areas, photo booths, stage, recreational areas, dining tent areas, instruction signage, banners… • Coordinating the traffic of approximately 24,000 people into recreational areas, maintaining order and preventing overcrowding. • Casting A-class & S-class artists for art performance show. • Constructing and operating gaming zones for both adults and children along with Bao Son’s home-ground gaming activities. • Main stage setup & supplying technical equipment for the stage including LED screens and high capacity performing sound system to serve ~24,000 audiences.

SOLUTION

• AIT came up with various options of key visual and its integration into other project items for Honda Vietnam to choose. • We created a script and detailed timeline for activity areas, including a traffic map to prevent overcrowding. • We carefully devised contingency scripts for weather changes and unforeseen issues in the duration of the event. • We handled the booking and managing of all performing personnel as previously scripted. • AIT also took charge of the management and operation of all recreational areas and the directing of the main stage.
